Head of Government
The Prime Minister is the Head of Government of the South Turkmen National Republic and is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the state.


Head of State
The Başlyk is the Head of State of the South Turkmen National Republic. The office represents the unity of the nation and serves as the highest symbol of sovereignty and independence.
Duties:
Safeguarding the Constitution and ensuring national stability.
Representing the Republic in ceremonial and symbolic matters, both domestically and abroad.
Approving or vetoing legislation passed by the Başlyk Assembly.
Appointing the Prime Minister and, on advice, members of the Council of Ministers.


Duties:
Leading the Council of Ministers and setting government policy.
Overseeing domestic governance, economic policy, and the development of Bir Ṭawil.
Coordinating the activities of ministries and ensuring the enforcement of laws.
Acting as the chief advisor to the Başlyk while maintaining executive authority.
