The Government of the South Turkmen National Republic is pleased to announce that formal diplomatic relations have been established with the Republic of Bosqunia following a constructive and positive discussion held earlier today.

Initial contact was made through a dedicated diplomatic channel created for communication between the two nations. President Omer Faruk of Bosqunia joined the channel alongside representatives of the STNR, where both sides exchanged introductions and discussed previous correspondence. Başlyk Ella I, Head of State and Government of the STNR, later entered the discussion to oversee the diplomatic process directly.

During the meeting, both governments agreed on the importance of formalising relations. It was jointly decided that a Memorandum of Understanding would be drafted to confirm mutual recognition and cooperation. The document was prepared by the Governor General of the STNR and reviewed by both parties. Once finalised, the agreement was officially signed by President Faruk and by Başlyk Ella on behalf of the STNR.

With the signing completed, the South Turkmen National Republic and the Republic of Bosqunia now formally recognise each other and have established the foundation for continued communication and collaboration.

The Government of the STNR expresses its appreciation to President Omer Faruk and the Government of Bosqunia for their willingness to engage in open and respectful dialogue. This new agreement represents a meaningful step forward in the STNR’s diplomatic outreach and international cooperation efforts.

The signed Memorandum of Understanding will be made available through STNR platforms, and all relevant sections of the website, including those related to foreign relations and bilateral recognition, will be updated to reflect this development.
